What you will need:

  • 1 skeleton from Boneyard Bargains
  • a bench(I built mine out of 2x3's and some pine, then padded it and covered it in red satin)
  • 2 motors Part # from C and H sales.
  • 2 48in angle iron bars
  • 3+ 1in metal bars
  • 3+ 3/4 metal bars
  • misc. springs
  • a piece of polyethelene (that white cutting board material. It's self lubricating, so the rod doesn't stick)
  • misc. bolts and screws (3/4, 1in, 1.5in, 2in, 3in & the locking nuts and washers to match)
  • 1 5/16 in metal rod (either threaded or you need to thread the ends)& lock nuts.
  • Skill saw with a metal cutting blade, wrenches, wire cutters/stripers/crimpers, vice, grinder, and a welder helps.
  • a lot of time and even more band-aids

This originally started out as a version of Phantasmechanics Grim Organist or Tom's "Baron Von Riptopen". After months of trial and error, I finished him. He is nothing like the original Phantasmechanics "Grim Organist", but they are the ones that got me obsessed with this project, so I thank them. Don't forget to check out his pipe organ.
